Jeremy S Chapman FCCA CTA ACA

Jeremy started his career in accountancy in 1981 and qualified with a major Birmingham City Centre practice as a Certified Accountant in 1988. He became a partner in this firm in 1991 and then qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser before joining a local firm of Chartered Accountants in Warwick in 2001.

Jeremy has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of accountancy and tax for SME’s as well as dealing with full company audits and business development strategies. He is able to advise on all business tax issues from year end compliance to buying and selling businesses, and will bring a sensitive and balanced view on personal tax issues including capital gains and inheritance tax.

He takes a pragmatic approach to problem solving and recognises the need for clients to receive relevant and timely advice. His philosophy is always to be one step ahead in this complex and rapidly changing business environment.

Emma Nash BSc FCA

Emma gained a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Bath before moving to Warwick.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 with Baker Tilly she obtained her practising certificate in 1993. Emma then practised in her own name for a number of years on a varied client base before taking an appointment as practice manager for a local firm of Chartered Accountants.

Emma is able to advise on many areas from accounts preparation, audit, corporate and personal taxation and other compliance issues through to assisting with the development of management information and improving your accounting systems.

She has a tenacious attitude towards efficiency ensuring that your accounting and control systems compliment your business vision and your affairs are structured in the most appropriate manner.
